Generous sized rooms for Japan Polite, attentive staff Microwave, ice machine, coin laundry, sento bath and mini sauna were all things I look for when I travel. They were very clean and well serviced.

Staff was very kind and helpful. They have one open bath and the breakfast was fairly good. I loved having my miso soup every morning. It's also very close to Lalaport shopping mall, which has many spaces for children. I would come back again.

Really great, comfortable place for a very reasonable price. The bath and milk machine, and free popsicles right outside really made the experience. There is also a door behind the waiting area that connects to the convenience store directly, which I wish I had noticed before my last few days here.

The bath and sauna was wonderful! The free popsicles were a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, and the location was perfect for what we needed. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for tourists visiting Tokyo, but for my purposes it was great.

Clean and spacious hotel room. Great amenities and super friendly staff. Excellent location, close to the train station. Definitely will stay again!

Connected to a lawson convenience store, and 5 min walk to the shopping centre and train station. Outside Tokyo City centre but well located if you're planning drives to nikko, chiba, tsukuba. Service was fantastic and always with a smile.

Close to the bus and rail stations 5-10 minute walk. I liked the Lawsons that was attached to the hotel. Would stay there again if I needed to visit the area on business. Price was reasonable as well.

Open street on site parking was very convenient. Convenient store Lawson is located just next to hotel lobby. Check-in and check-out were fast & easy. Quiet at night which is what we like.

The breakfast had a great variety of food. The hotel is very close to the Kashiwanoha-Campus station. The onsen was pretty nice. I did not have problems with Wifi.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and there were different dishes every day. The rooms were very clean and there even was a fully equipped kitchen.
